Yuso only offers dynamic contracts with a Day-Ahead tariff, which is ideal for a battery: you charge the battery at the lowest prices, and discharge it to your site or to the grid at the most expensive moments. Your solar panels also deliver maximum returns with Yuso's smart steering.

Lower your grid costs
Yuso lowers your grid costs by optimally setting your access capacity. Where possible, Yuso also provides structural peak shaving.
You keep 100% of your production and comfort, but your monthly peak (and therefore your grid bill) drops structurally.
Extra benefit through imbalance steering
Yuso steers your battery and solar panels on Day-Ahead prices as a first revenue model. A second revenue model is the imbalance market: when the price is very attractive, we deploy the battery and solar panels to earn extra.
Thanks to these two revenue models, you as the end customer earn the most.
Winter mode
In winter, a battery usually earns a bit less, because less local energy is generated and price differences on the energy markets are smaller. We can't predict whether that will be the case this winter, but we like to be prepared! That is why Yuso is also an FSP (Flexibility Service Provider): through Fluvius' "Short Flex" initiative, you can generate extra income with your battery between 1 December and 31 March.
Batteries
With our smart steering, you charge the battery at low tariffs with your own solar panels, and discharge it to the site or your business when prices are high. We plan this in advance. In attractive circumstances, for example during a major energy shortage on the grid, we can deviate from this schedule in real time and discharge the battery further. That way your battery pays off twice.
Solar panels
Yuso offers the best-performing steering on the market! First and foremost, we guarantee smart steering based on Day-Ahead prices. We then adjust the steering in real time to earn extra from attractive imbalance prices.
Charging infrastructure
Smart charging of your fleet, from slow AC charging points to fast DC chargers, lowers your peak demand and lets you charge when electricity is cheapest. For sites with a growing electric fleet, this is often the fastest lever for savings.
Standalone batteries
Do you have a standalone battery? Then Yuso is the ideal partner to increase your returns. We calculate the ideal access capacity for you and smartly plan charging and discharging on the Day-Ahead market. In real time, we adjust the battery to also get maximum returns from the imbalance market. You receive daily insights into the performance of your battery.
Is your project larger than 25 MW? Then Yuso sets up a trading desk to also deploy the battery on explicit balancing markets such as FCR and aFRR. We already do this for 500 MW of batteries in Europe.
