There are various options for onboarding a Digital Meter at Sibelga, depending on the services that are active on the meter. When adding a Digital Meter to My Yuso, this information is always retrieved automatically. This allows Yuso to always make a suitable contract proposal for your meter.

What services are available exactly?

  • Pure offtake (SC_OFFTAKE) - purchase only
In this case, Yuso can only offer a purchase contract. There is no injection active at this point.

  • Commercialised offtake & injection (SC_OFFINJE) - combined purchase and injection
In this case, Yuso can propose both an injection and an off-take contract. It is also possible to include only an injection contract or only an off-take contract in the portfolio. We do this by including the following services in the portfolio:

    • Commercialised Offtake (COMM_OFF) - commercialised off-take

    • Commercialised Injection (COMM_INJ) - commercialised injection

Activation of quarter-hourly values - SMR3 activation required

Digital meters at Sibelga do not have SMR3 activated by default. This stands for ‘Smart Metering Regime 3’, in short, the configuration with which the supplier of the point receives quarter-hourly values for invoicing.

Before onboarding, the customer must first activate SMR3 via a specific procedure:

  1. Customer must log in to the My Sibelga app

  2. Customer gives permission to share SMR3 data via the My Sibelga app

Once SMR3 is active, Yuso can add the point to its portfolio with this configuration. This allows Yuso to receive the correct data for invoicing.

Even though SMR3 is not yet available in the Atrias portal, our Sales department can still offer you the contract because the end customer can activate SMR3 for every digital meter.
