My Yuso has a feature that allows you to download historical data as quarter-hourly values in CSV format.
If you want to open the CSV file in Excel, make sure the following settings are correct:
Options > Advanced options > Use system separators: uncheck this box.
Set the following:
Thousands separator: , (comma)
Decimal separator: . (full stop)
