To do so, please contact Yuso. Provide the following information:

  • The EANs for which you wish to change the company details

  • The details you wish to change, such as email address and address.

    • Email address ⇒ Your company's email address is used for communication with Fluvius. If your company's email address is not set up correctly in the My Yuso portal, it will not be passed on correctly when switching EANs. Therefore, always provide the correct company email address.

    • Address ⇒ Your company's address in My Yuso.

Yuso will then update your details on the market portal. These details will be used by Fluvius for communication purposes.
