From 1 October 2025, the day-ahead price will be adjusted from an hourly price to a quarter-hourly price.
What does this mean for your contract?
From 1 October 2025, Yuso will apply the quarter-hourly price to all its contracts. Existing contracts will also be adjusted so that customers can continue to benefit from direct access to the electricity market. Yuso has added an Addendum specifying the new quarter-hourly price index. Please refer to your Documents in the My Yuso portal.
What does this mean for your bill?
From October 2025, billing will be calculated on the basis of quarter-hourly prices and quarter-hourly volumes. You do not need to do anything, as Yuso already has all the data it needs, since all meters in the Yuso portfolio record energy volumes on a quarter-hourly basis.
What does this mean for your consumption data on My Yuso?
You will still be able to view the details of your consumption on the My Yuso Dashboard, with an indication of the price at quarter-hourly level.
