Noven develops, finances and manages energy solutions that allow buildings to reduce their carbon footprint and lower their energy bills.

For example, Noven installs cogeneration systems in apartment buildings for efficient energy supply.

Noven is Yuso Certified for a specific functionality of imbalance steering; the control of electrical resistors in boilers. By activating the electrical resistor heating at negative imbalance prices, the cost of hot water is converted into a revenue.

This solution also has the advantage that installation is very simple and requires few materials!

Projects with Noven

In Herent, Yuso steers a 25 kW electric boiler in the Noven Houtkant project.

Noven Nieuw Noord, a project in Mechelen, has a larger installation: 40 kW, also activated on the basis of imbalance prices.

A third collaboration project is Noven Luster, where Yuso also steers a 40 kW electric boiler.
