In November 2024, Yuso was shortlisted for multiple Energy Storage Awards including the "Trading and Optimisation Team of the Year" category at the Energy Awards ceremony in London on 21st November 2024. Bart Pycke, Yuso’s co-CEO, presented the awards for the Rising Star of the Year.
In July 2023, Yuso commenced optimisation of a 50 MW/ 50MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Tollgate, near London. Developed by Nippon Koei Energy Europe B.V. (NKEE) as a comprehensive solution, this project highlights Yuso's commitment to enhancing grid stability and supporting the UK's renewable energy goals.
